These Terms of Service outline the coaching relationship between Aksarben Financial Coaching, LLC ("Coach") and the client ("Client"). By purchasing or participating in services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.

1. Nature of Services

Aksarben Financial Coaching provides educational financial coaching services focused on:

Coaching is educational and supportive in nature. The Coach is not acting as a financial advisor, investment advisor, tax professional, attorney, or debt settlement company.

No legal, tax, or investment advice will be provided. Coach is not acting as a fiduciary and is not registered under federal or state securities laws. General financial principles may be discussed strictly for educational purposes and without recommending specific securities or financial products.

3. Fees and Payment

Foundations Phase: $179 per month (two sessions per month). Minimum two-month commitment.

Maintenance Phase: $99 per month (one session per month).

Coaching is billed monthly in advance via automatic recurring payment. After the two-month Foundations commitment, the Client may continue Foundations, transition to Maintenance, or cancel before the next billing cycle.

Payments are non-refundable once billed. Missed sessions without 24-hour notice may be counted as completed sessions. If payment fails or is declined, sessions will be paused until payment is resolved. Sessions are to be used within the applicable monthly billing cycle and do not roll over unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Confidentiality

Personal financial information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential, except as required by law. Client understands that digital communication such as email and video conferencing carries inherent privacy risks. Coach does not provide cybersecurity guarantees and is not liable for third-party data breaches outside of reasonable control.

5. Cancellation

After completion of the required two-month Foundations commitment, either party may terminate coaching with written notice provided prior to the next billing cycle. If the Client is in the Foundations phase and has not yet completed the two-month minimum commitment, cancellation will take effect after the second billing cycle.

This agreement is personal to the Client and may not be assigned or transferred without the written consent of Aksarben Financial Coaching, LLC.

7. Limitation of Liability

Client understands that financial outcomes depend on many factors beyond the Coach's control. Client agrees that Aksarben Financial Coaching, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential financial losses resulting from decisions made by the Client.

Coach shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform services due to causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, internet outages, platform failures, acts of God, or government action.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in the State of Nebraska in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or a mutually agreed arbitration service.
